Return Policy

At groomsmengift.com we offer our customers the ability to return/exchange items in original condition and packaging within 14 days of your date of receipt.  These exceptions include books and personalized items, unless they have been incorrectly personalized.  Please submit the Returns Authorization form below for.  Refunds will be issued to Credit Cardholder's account and may take up to 14 days to process. Shipping expenses back to groomsmengift.com are not refundable and for your security, we suggest a reputable, trackable, and insurable shipping method is used (UPS, FedEX, DHL), as credits/refunds/exchanges are only possible when the items are received by groomsmengift.com. We are not able provide refunds/exchanges for items lost during shipping back to our facility. We advise that all cufflinks are secured by the elastic bands during transport back, so that the cufflinks do not damage/ding each other during transit. Items not secured and sent loose within the original packing that cause damage to each other, cannot be returned or exchanged. 

Cufflinks shipped from groomsmengift.com, has been inspected to make sure that they are secured within their elastic bands.  There is no exception to our policy on this safe shipping procedure for your protection and ours.

Additionally, orders that qualified for free shipping (and shipped using that method), prior to returning items, but not after (also the case when an entire order is returned), the refund of returned items will reflect a restocking fee of 10%. Shipping charges are not refundable.

International, special requests, large orders and wholesale orders cannot be returned or refunded.
